Have some favorite authors? Arrange to receive new items by selected authors automatically by following these steps:
Sign into your account on the library's catalog here. Once you're signed in, click "My Account" and then "Reserves / Requests." At the bottom of that page are three options:
Click the words "receive new items" to pull up a list of available authors.
Scroll through the list and click on the authors you'd like to subscribe to. When you click them, the text will turn bold - this means you are subscribed.
That's it! The next time the library receives a new book by an author you're subscribed to, you will automatically be placed on reserve. When multiple patrons are subscribed to the same author, the order of the reserve list will be randomly assigned.
