Spread across the City you will find traffic control boxes at certain intersections. Over the years, some of these have been utilized as a canvas for art. The City of White Settlement Parks and Recreation Board has undertaken a new project to revitalize several of these boxes and use them as a way to tell the history of White Settlement. With the assistance of the White Settlement History Museum and White Settlement Historical Society, areas of historical significance have been targeted as we seek to share some tales of the City's past with you. In these Hometown Tales, you'll learn about important people and events that helped shape this region into what it is today. Currently, you will find spots 7, 9, and 10 with more of these locations looking to get their own Hometown Tales Art boxes in the coming year.
