Household Hazardous Waste
White Settlement residents may obtain a free HHW voucher from utility billing (in person on Wednesdays and Fridays or drive-thru on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) and take your materials directly to the City of Fort Worth Environmental Collection Center located at 6400 Bridge St., Fort Worth, TX 76112, go online to https;//fortworthtexas.gov/env/ecc or call 817-392-1234 for specific days and hours of operation.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the City of Fort Worth has suspended all in-person HHW collection events for the remainder of 2020. We will keep you posted on any updates and/or changes.
Fort Worth Environmental Collection Program
The Environmental Collection Center (ECC) is open to Fort Worth residents and participating cities. The ECC is for residential waste disposal and recycling only. Commercial, business or industrial waste cannot be accepted under Texas regulations.
Waste Handling Instructions
• Leave products in original, marked containers (no trash bags). If unlabeled, please label contents clearly. .
• Place leaking containers in a second container of like material (glass for corrosives, metal for flammables).
• Place items securely in the trunk of the car or bed of pickup.
• Remain in vehicle and allow staff to unload waste.
