Utility Billing / Customer Service is responsible for establishing and maintaining all water utility accounts in the City of White Settlement.
Water Utility Payment Options:
For your convenience, there are several options for paying your utility bills.
You may mail your payment to 214 Meadow Park Dr., White Settlement, TX 76108.
Include your payment stub and the account number on your check. Payment
may also be made inside City Hall at the Customer Service counter or at the
drive up window. Payment is accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F.
A drop box is also available for payments 24 hours, 7 days a week. You may
also pay online. Follow the link at the top of the page. All
payments made after 5:00 p.m. will be posted the next business day.
Partial payments are accepted. However, if your account is
not current and you would like to request additional time to pay your
bill contact the Utility Billing Office at 817-246-4971 prior to the
disconnection date before 5:00 p.m.

I need to have my water turned on. What do I do?
You need to come to the Customer Service counter in City Hall. Bring the following with you:
Valid Texas driver's license or Identification card, money for a deposit and a
lease agreement if you are renting. Deposit must be paid at time of
application.
What are the deposit fees?
Residential Deposit: $100.00 Cash
Commercial Deposit: $150.00 Minimum
My large trash items/brush piles are not being picked up. What do I do?
Bulk/Brush pick up is always the 2nd full week of each month.
You can begin putting items out for pick up the Friday before. All items
must be out before 7 a.m. of that Monday. Contact IESI Customer Service at
817-222-2221 or Customer Service at 817-246-4975 if you need further
information.
How often is my water meter read?
All meters are read electronically once a month in order to generate an accurate bill based on your water consumption.
Sewer charges are based on water consumption.
