You need to come to the Customer Service counter in City Hall. Bring the following with you:
Valid Texas driver's license or Identification card, money for a deposit and a
lease agreement if you are renting. Deposit must be paid at time of
application.
What are the deposit fees?
Residential homeowner 100.00
Rental property 150.00 We will accept a letter of credit
from another water utility. Must have excellent 12 month history.
Commercial minimum 200.00
One day service 50.00
Transfer account from one address to another in the City 25.00
and update of deposit.
New accounts will be billed a 25.00 connection fee on the 1st bill.
My large trash items/brush piles are not being picked up. What do I do?
Bulk/Brush pick up is always the 2nd full week of each month.
You can begin putting items out for pick up the Friday before. All items
must be out before 7 a.m. of that Monday. Contact IESI Customer Service at
817-222-2221 or Customer Service at 817-246-4975 if you need further
information.
How often is my water meter read?
All meters are read electronically once a month in order to generate an accurate bill based on your water consumption.
Sewer charges are based on water consumption.
