The Permits section of the Code Compliance Division is responsible for issuing all permits related to activities within the City of White Settlement. Some activities requiring permits include: garage sales, any construction or remodeling, and any electrical or plumbing work. Applications for special exceptions to city ordinances can be obtained here and contractors wishing to work within the city must register here as well. The Permit Clerk serves as the Secretary of the Board of Adjustment and Appeals and Planning and Zoning Commission.
