Municipal Court has jurisdiction over citations (Class C misdemeanors) issued by the City officers. Responsible for maintaining all records of the court, setting trial dockets, collecting court fines, fees and state court costs; preparing warrants of arrest and issues subpoenas.

Court Schedule: The second Saturday of the month at 9:00 a.m. Arrive on time. Sign in at the Municipal Court counter. (Contact the court to request an appearance)

Citations: Options are listed on the back of the yellow and green copies of your citation. You may also contact the court for additional options.

Fine Amount: Contact the Municipal Court during regular business hours for fine amounts.

Time Limits: You have 10 days (weekends included) from the date of the citation to contact the Municipal Court. This can be done in person or by mail. A phone call does not constitute an appearance.

Multiple Violations: Please review your citation carefully. There may be more than one violation on one citation. These are separate violations with separate fine amounts.

Method of Payment: Cash, Cashier Check, Money order, Credit Card, and Personal Checks (only on non-warrant fines)
