WHITE SETTLEMENT, TEXAS— All township senior citizens are invited to attend the Senior Citizen Social Center 40th Anniversary Open House, Health Expo on August 25th. Stop by anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The center, located in Tarrant County, Texas, and a northwestern suburb of Fort Worth, is open on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. throughout the year to all township seniors. The center has a impressive amount of space for all our activities that range from crafting classes, line dancing, clogging, playing games, puzzles, dominoes, WII Bowling, and much more. A Creative Corner for quilting, sewing, & knitting proudly sponsored by Cigna HealthSprings and a computer room for township seniors.
There will also be an Anniversary Celebration at
9:15 am, on the same day to celebrate the 40th year anniversary of the opening of the Senior Citizen Social Center. White Settlement’s famous Singing Senior Choir & Dukes of Uke and Uke-a-Ladies will perform.
