Welcome to the City of White Settlement purchasing department.  This department is responsible for purchasing products and services used by all City employees so they can respond to the needs of the community.  Our goal is for city taxpayers to receive the maximum value from the expenditures made by the City.

Our purchasing practices are based on Texas state law and an adopted internal purchasing manual.  Purchasing is a centralized function.  Requisitions are turned in to purchasing on a daily basis and we strive to complete them as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Vendor Information:
Bids for services and products periodically open with the City of White Settlement.  They will be posted on this webpage and in the White Settlement Bomber News.
To be added to our list of vendors we do business with, send us a written request on your official business letterhead.  Include all pertinent information, such as a list of products or services offered by your company and all contact information.

Surplus Materials:
The City of White Settlement disposes of surplus materials at regular intervals.
Surplus materials are auctioned off to the highest bidder at public auctions.
